Privacy Policy

What we collect

• The store URL you submit, and page content we fetch read-only from that public website (homepage, a few product pages, robots.txt, sitemap, llms.txt).
• Your IP address, held in memory for at most one hour for rate limiting.
• For payments: Stripe processes your payment details (charged in USD); we receive only the order id, amount, email and report id, never card numbers. The payment link passes the report id and your store's domain to Stripe, stored with the payment, so your paid report can be recovered or regenerated for 30 days.
• If you email us: the message and your email address.

How we use it

Only to produce and deliver your audit and fix pack, handle refunds and support. We never sell or rent data or use it for advertising.

Third parties

• AI engines: currently only the official Google Gemini API (ChatGPT and Perplexity are coming soon; this page will be updated before they are enabled). We send buyer questions (including your brand name and category), never your personal data.
• Stripe: payment processing.
• Hosting: the website runs on Cloudflare Pages and the audit backend on Render.

Retention

7 days. Crawl data, reports, fix packs and customer emails are deleted automatically 7 days after creation by a cleanup job the server runs every 24 hours (a server restart also clears them). Please download your report within 7 days. Payment records required for legal or tax purposes are kept by Stripe.

Your rights

Email go_with_prob@mail.grokbot.com at any time to have your data deleted early; we act within 3 business days.

Cookies

We store only your language preference locally in your browser. No tracking cookies.
